Fees
Fees are assessed one of two ways. One, sliding cash fees are based on household income for clients who have no mental health benefits on their insurance, their insurance does not cover treatment with me or there is no insurance at all. Two current insurances accepted are PPOM and Aetna and coming by the beginning of 2009: Magellan, United Health Care (United Behavioral Health, Golden Rule) and Cigna.
I advise you to make yourself familiar with your benefits. Call your insurance company to find out how many sessions you have, what your copay is, if you have a deductible and if you are covered in network or out-of network for outpatient mental health treatment. Please call me with any questions you have about using your insurance.
